We maintain a fully-staffed Unified Communications Training Facility to meet market demand and adoption for high-tech labour. Our capabilities cover all aspects of unified communications and we deliver managed turn-key solutions from project beginning to completion, and turn over to the end-user client.

How does the ITC turn-key solution work?

  1. ITC provides field engineer to perform a scheduled onsite survey.
  2. Information gathered from the site is fed back to presales engineering for analysis.
  3. Network and infrastructure design is developed by ITC.
  4. Work orders with the scope of the work for implementation is created by the ITC Project Manager assigned.
  5. Scheduling and implementation of Network and Infrastructure Configuration is performed by ITC
  6. Scheduling and implementation of end-points, client software, cabling and integration performed by ITC
  7. Certifications of all systems, warranty check, clean-up, and customer training completed in full to clients satisfaction
  8. Customer sign-off on work order and hand-over
  9. Follow up by ITC project manager with client, then approved order sent to ITC billing department for invoicing
