How does the ITC turn-key solution work?
- ITC provides field engineer to perform a scheduled onsite survey.
- Information gathered from the site is fed back to presales engineering for analysis.
- Network and infrastructure design is developed by ITC.
- Work orders with the scope of the work for implementation is created by the ITC Project Manager assigned.
- Scheduling and implementation of Network and Infrastructure Configuration is performed by ITC
- Scheduling and implementation of end-points, client software, cabling and integration performed by ITC
- Certifications of all systems, warranty check, clean-up, and customer training completed in full to clients satisfaction
- Customer sign-off on work order and hand-over
- Follow up by ITC project manager with client, then approved order sent to ITC billing department for invoicing
