ITC’s regular onsite support business hours are from:

Monday to Friday
between
7 AM and 7 PM.

Our dispatch and field staff are always on call after regular hours, weekends, and statutory holidays. We are proficient in planning and executing weekend and downtime cutovers for unified communications equipment.

When an order is placed to the ITC order desk by a client before 6:00 PM, a Field Service representative from ITC will be on-site the next business day at the prearranged time scheduled. Our Field Engineers are supported by our Certified Support Team, available 24/7 to assist in resolving any on-site incident or system downtime.

The ITC “White Glove Tele-Presence Room Service” is available upon request, so please allow a seven-day notice for site planning and preparation.
